What are you interested in us?
> How the product pricing and how to enquire prices?
We pricing the products according to customers' choice on materials, printing, and other process flow and so on. Any questions please email us: info@lianxinprintingco.com, or call us: +8618938091706
> What information should I offer if I want to get a quotation?
-Size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
-Material and surface finishing (We could give some advise if you're not sure)
-Printing colors (Standard printing color is CMYK, if special needs is Pantone)
-Quantity MOQ: 500pcs
-EXW price is our usual price term, if you need CIF price, please let us know your port of destination, also we can do FOB and DDP
-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
> When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
The design artwork prefer in: PDF, AI, PSD format.
-Bleed size: 3mm in each side.
-Margin: 3mm in each side.
-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.
> How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
Sample production time: Needs about 3-5 working days after confirmation of proofs(Special product need to be communicated). Mass production needs about 15-20 working days after confirmation of proofs. If your order are in urgent, please let us know in advance to arrange.
> If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?
Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipment. If the quality issue was caused by us, we will provide refund or replacement service.
> Could you provide samples for test?
Yes, we provide free READY MADE samples and paid custom sample for customers, and both of them you should afford the delivery charges.
> How to make the payment?
T/T, L/C& Western Union, paypal, we also accept most other convenient means of payment.
